As many of you know, Frank passed away on August 8, 2026, leaving behind a grieving community and a legacy that will forever shape the narrative of the city he loved. Frank was a valuable asset to our organization and a dear friend and respected colleague to all of us in the tourism community. New Orleans has lost one of its fiercest advocates and most authentic voices.
